Steps:
- Open https://nic.eu.org/
- Click “here” shown as blue text
3. If you doesn’t know handle, goto register. If you know your handle, type your handle and password then login
4. Enter info, email and password
5. When you registered, a mail from their team is shown your handle and your info
6. Click “New domain” button
7. Enter your domain, set nameserver, then click submit
8. Waiting for their team review
9. If you got email like this, that meant your domain request appoved
